an update: heart scans all clear, just waiting for blood test results on Monday. May do some short jogging this weekend.
Would anyone like a copy of The Ghost Runner by Bill Jones? An interesting tale about one man's battle with the authorities who wanted to stop him from running as an amateur due to a paid boxing fight as an u16.
