Giant fixie skidder

Picked up this in track form.

Going to attempt a mild hhsb if my budget allows it. The plan is :

• Big cog on the rear
  
• Shiny chain
  
• in line post maybe Thomson
  
• risers
  
• vans cult grips I have in garage.
  
• keep current pro stem or maybe new Thomson.
  
• stick with dura ace/fsa combo
  
  

Need advice on :

• black saddle suggestions
  
• pedal type
  
• silly wheels (future plans)
  
• tyres. Would love to chuck on some gum walls but doubt I'll be able to afford any with the rest so will probably just stick some gator skins on it for skidz.
  
  

Oh. And I'll be running a brake due to the many hills in my local area. Should have a Columbus tusk soon so plan is to use that for front brake set up and keep the giant fork if I ever decide to go brklzz.
