I've got an old John Spooner ( http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/builders/spooner-cb.html ) made from Columbus Alle. I was told when I bought it that the seat post, stem and crank were stuck. I think they could be shifted pretty easy as its not mega rusty or shagged. Probably a good soak of WD40 over 24 hrs and access to a vice would sort it but I really can't be arsed as its miles to big for me.
I'm told Michaels Cycles in Worthing (Johns old shop) still have a book with the info regarding each frame John built.
If you can be more bothered with it than me, £50 will take it.
