They don't claim it on the current ones with separate spider. OCT is relatively expensive, they probably judged that there wasn't really enough room between the solid metal cranks and the Force carbon ones. Shimano don't do carbon cranks, so they don't have the same market differentiation issue and hollow forge from 105 up to DA.
