All looks compatible as long as you have one or two chain rings, not a triple. Use KMC or Wippermann chain, with few exceptions groupset manufacturers contract out chain manufacturing to a specialist company, so all you get for buying Shimano or SRAM is a label and a mark up.

I was using it with Pitlock security skewer and was working fine but the hole is too small for to use with the seat bolt I have, which looks like this:

What is the cheapest solution to solve this? I need the Pitlock for other bike.

Replace with a surly hanger if you can fit it in (it's longer than the one you have, but will fit a larger diameter seatpost binder bolt)

Yes. Not because of drivetrain wear, but because of corrosion. Trying to keep a good bike clear of corrosive sweat will take longer than your training sessions, and probably fail anyway
