• Just made a big batch of these and think they might be the best of the homemade energy bars I've tried. much less goey than most and can actually deal with being in a jersey pocket for a few hours. definitely recommend.

  • I make a variant of these based on my own recipe, which includes mashed overripe banana for its binding qualities, and they're great. Dates are brilliant ride food and PB is the best food full stop.

  • Used almond butter acc; so tasty. I can imagine banana being really good in these, but how robust are they?
