looking to replace the alfine, it's fugly, and if my dream of being able to switch from hub gear to 1x10 configuration is going to happen, 13obcd crankset is the way to go. So anything decent looking which isn't bb30?

How about these? Thats on my bike with 1x11 set up. 5700 130bcd cranks acetoned with absolute black 42t. Overall less than £80 and weigh 680g for the whole set up. I also have 6800 cranks with Wolftooth narrow wide 42t which I prefer aesthetically that weighs 640g.

yeah, look nice!
was looking for single speed specific cranks, which doesn't leave you many options, but normal road cranks running a single ring give a lot more options.

Currently liking the look of the Sram Rival, from 2012, which can be had for not much at all on the bay..
