I'm due to fly out on holiday 7 hours after a 12hr MTB race. 3.5hr flight.
Plan is to try to hydrate to the max, pop an aspirin and use compression socks. Anything else?
Drink lots of beer - it forces you to go to the toilet. While in the toilet, do calf raises.
