If you order it on eBay from Spnk they will ship with an epoxy that they say is good brakeless. Also how I got my self in the situation was same as you a rear spoke and rear disc. I got a new front axel from he'd and shifted the parts from the spoke to the disc with a longer axle. Gets rid of that weird qr setup on the disc.

Probably true if the parts you're bonding have just come off the lathe and through an industrial cleaning and priming process. For dirty old parts cleaned in situ at home, not so much.
