My bro had something similar to that walker adaptor but it had 3x M4 grub screws radially around it that dug into the existing thread! I think it was from iridemodena but that was a long time ago.
Also can you get a disc wheel to run central in a 120mm spaced frame or would you have to cold-set to 130mm?

It's still a suicide hub after you've fitted that, but it's fine for getting the chainline sorted. You'll need a rear brake to be road legal.
