Someone at work had there BB threads re-lined (?) for very reasonable costs at Argos (Assuming we are talking about a steel frame)

I am going to look into this. It might be a case of needing a new BB shell if it's too far gone. We shall see.

Looks like my BB shell's threads have stripped. Can someone point me to a relevant thread? I UTFS but didn't find anything.
