Not specifically a TSTR approves question, but I figured you were good at technical drawings and stuff :-)
I have a zipp 900 clincher disc like this one (http://www.zipp.com/wheels/900-clincher/) with the red free hub body, and I would like a track axle conversion kit, however I'm slightly confused about compatibility.
I'm pretty sure that this ( http://www.zipp.com/accessories/detail.php?ID=126 ) is the correct/best track axle, however I cannot find any shops that stock it or have one available to ship to the UK.
However, some dude on TTF has a second hand conversion kit for sale, but it is for an older hub design and I'm not sure if it's compatible. I believe that the conversion kit on TTF is the '04 track axle kit and designed to work with the silver free hub.
This page describes the timeline of Zipp discs ( http://www.zipp.com/support/identify/discs.php ). It says that the '06 track axle kit is not backwards compatible, but do you think that the '04 kit is forwards compatible? The various track axles (from 04, 06, and 07) all look very similar and in 06, they say the changes were only made to save weight.
These are the assembly diagrams for the two kits:
