I think Campag might still manufacture a 1 1/8" external threadless headset. My Record Hiddenset is trouble free after plenty of years abuse

I have found an FSA one with a massive bearing on the bottom and normal size one on top, that's perfect as it's more durable to impact and easy to service.

Felt real nice once it pack with grease.
