Get some cheap steel forks to sell with the frame. Call it an upgrade.
Keep perfect forks for your ti project. -

Camped & toured with slightly old school carradice superC setup (rear panniers, front lowriders, barbag on klickfix) a few weeks back. They were awesome. Brill.

Any better suggestions around 50gbp than Axiom Seymour?
How is the locking mechanism on them? Will I regret not spending more? -

which they can do and has a lead time of 6 weeks, now awaiting the punch in the gut of the cost for it..

Not quick at all as I have a pair of Ortliebs I can borrow. Let me know your price when you are ready to sell.

on a slight tangent, will this fork look good on a frame designed for 32/35mm 700c's?
-
• #271
oops/
'this fork'
the gravel fork? I'll be running it on a frame frame with tyres ranging 28mm to 42+, I think, so I hope so!
-
• #272
yep, the gravel fork...
my tyre ranges would be 28-32, maybe 35 if I can find a fast and tough enough rolling one, which doesn't feel as heavy as the current conti...

Current fork is right for what I need, but need to sell that frame to help offset the costs of new ti frame, so think I'd get more for it if it was sold as frame and fork, rather than just frame, hence looking for an alternative..
