I know Clément envisaged an alleycat, but this is more like a pub crawl (which is basically how hippy is treating the TCR).
Start at the Dove on Broadway Market with pre-ride Belgian beers (we'll have to pretend we don't know teetotallers like WornCleat or any Belgian people present will look at us askance).
Down to South Kensington to the 'French quarter', via Petty France (I just don't quite know whether we should really follow hippy's lead and drink French beer instead of wine).
Up to Swiss Cottage.
To Clerkenwell and 'Little Italy'.
I'm a bit stumped about concentrations of Balkan culture in London. There seem to be a lot of institutions in the general vicinity of Bayswater/Holland Park, but no obvious place to go, e.g. to drink. There are Kosovans and Albanians around Green Lanes.
It seems likewise with Greek places in London. They are well-distributed all over the city.
Finally, for Turkey we can do either Dalston or Green Lanes. I think Dalston has more mainland Turkish places, although Green Lanes is no longer exclusively Cypriot.
I know that I haven't put the Beckton Alps in. :)
Anyone keen on this or is it just taking a silly joke too far?
