drilled carbon fork

Just bought a new bike that I plan to collect next week but the fork isn't drilled for a break being a track bike.
Looking to buy alpina track fork for the right price or swap for the current carbon track fork. Unfortunately based out of London so postage is a must.
This is the current fork for trade.

What size/model frame?
I have a drilled Alpina track fork (12k weave, matte, VGC) I'm looking to sell.
Steerer is only 175ish mm, though (will check exact length), as it was trimmed to run on a 54cm Dolan Track Champion with a slammed stem.
Advertised £35 locally (Manchester) so going to have to be £40 posted (RM Medium Parcel).

I'll have to get back on you about steerer lengths I have not yet collected bike. Seller is yet to confirm of the fork is drilled but from the photos it suggest not.

What type of frame have you ordered, and what size?

Need at least 22 cm of steerer, looking to spend no more than £60 ideally. And would prefer glossy black if being picky
