I bought the MTB one as the Road one would not fit my CAAD12 - I don't think the road one would fit my CX bike either, although it has a taller head tube than the CAAD12 so there is more room there.
However - my advice would be to go to the Apidura website and check the measurements of the bag, and then apply your tape measure to your frame.
