One of the nicest yet most subtle builds on the forum. Chapeau.

Get your sus forks lowers done too! Quick there's still time...

Ha, I did discuss this with Matt, but I'm still not 100% on using them on this bike yet and would want to test them out first.

Fuck yes.
Could have at least swapped the thudbuster out for the photos though...

I believe the kids would call that 'rowdy'.

That paint is something else, very nice! Is there a reason you chose two different tyres?

I'm going to go for tradition:

Briefly thought about it, but nah.

Faster out back, grippier up front. Just what I'm used to really :-)

Thudbuster ain't even that bad, but why you saint cranks??

Same reason as the Easton Havoc DH stem really. I like the extra security of overbuilt things. I think I'd seen a couple of photos of snapped XT axles, so decided that 150g extra wasn't worth worrying about.
I do also like the look of them and that they're SS specific.

Fantastic paint. The bike as a whole makes me think of an elk or a moose or something. (its a compliment)
I liked the others too, but this is definitely my favourite.
