  • Stem is a POS... Only on there to hold the forks in... Will use my salsa , or a 1 1/8" depending on bars I guess... Put it on like that so it doesn't hit top tube if it spun round

  • Just collected this. Gonna be fitted with risers. Just missed out on some carbon thomsons :(

  • Sorry for the late reply.

It's too lovely for me to hang the battered old parts I've got lying around on it again but at the same time the £££ and motivation isn't there to get nice bits.

  • My Ti road project. Plans are sram 1x with a 44t and 11-32 cassette and 46cm cowbells. Im a sucker for mock-ups :D

Theres a crack in the chainstay that needs repairing, but i think its got potential!

  • Update to my commute-o-cross, 40c tyres, TRP CX8.4 brakes, better pedals and a mini rack for my basket.

As you can see, not fabulous mud clearance, Fantastic stopping power though.

  • Arms too wide apart ;)

Nice frame, but isn't Ti welding expensive/hard?

  • That what she said.

  • Yea it's both. I got a hold of Chris Dekerf back in Vancouver, and he actually quoted the job to 100 CAD (bout 60 pounds). Hopefully i can get it done for something close to that in Denmark. I got a hold of a local guy who has repaired bike frames before, and used to build titanium wheelchairs. Just need to find the time to fit it in cuz i want to see it happen! :D

  • Do tell me your plans for getting them closer without the pads touching the rim. Also I can lock the back wheel with ease already, so does it matter?

  • is there a little ring on the noodle guide, covering the t of trp? what is this as I think I could do with one.

  • what is this as I think I could do with one.

Go to your local bearing shop and ask to see their range of o-rings

  • Thinner pads only saviour .. if they work well don't bother. Modulation ok?

  • Haha indeed, it did take you some time to get back... :))
Which year is the frame? I have some cool wheels and drive train for sale, I could give you a reasonable discount for such a lovely build. Just a thought

  • Dude, the brake is fine, sometime the arm a little apart, sometime not.

The extreme case was the Brooklyn, but that's about it.

  • got rid of some of the stickers, cockpit , post and saddle will go next

  • What clampsize? I might be interested if Thrust isn't.

  • 31.8. Reminds me I need to hunt for postage quotes

  • That steamroller is perfect! Nice work, I especially like the rack design.

  • Nice. I really enjoy riding mine.

  • Thrust's out. £15+p&p and it's yours

  • Putting the new rack through its paces. Was great to ride, no problems. Was still able to track stand with the rack loaded, albeit with a lot of wobbling.
Was all prefect until 2 mins from home and the bungee hook punctured the tub..... Poor packing on my half, fucking annoying though... Any way to save the tub?
