Cheers for that. Interestingly, as a bike brand Foffa appears to be spelled consistently using the Latin alphabet. It's only mentions of Дэнни Фоффа (no prizes for guessing who that is :) ) that occur in Cyrillic.
He's the молодой и амбициозный офисный работник who started this mess. I'm pretty sure that's his own description of himself, because if he really was молодой и амбициозный he'd still be an офисный работник :-)
According to http://londonmania.ru/stories/english-bicycles/Foffa-bikes, your double Ф is correct. Mind you, they have a pretty narrow view of English bicycles so I wouldn't rate them as the definitive source. Davide Foffa of plesiosaur fame gets the same transliteration, so you're probably OK.
