Aight, i need help. My principia track (page 2) takes an external cup 1-1/4" headset.
Should i get this?

looks like a full headset with external dia for my frame, and internal dia for my 1-1/8 fork. Looks kinda weird though, as if there is missing a bit of lip to be inserted into the headtube on the bottom cup.
Or this?

The description sounds like they just shim out the headtube to my 1-1/8" headset, but it looks like they add lot of stack. Especially compared to this one from bike24 which is unfortunately out of stock..
