Thorn disc forks (52mm rake).
I like the Surly Nice rack and you wont see it when panniers are mounted.
The tackle bag is mainly for commuting duty but it handles fine with groceries etc., but I wouldn't mind having weight lower, hence panniers for touring. I might buy a proper Rando bag some day, but for now this works.
@spotter has some 2" tyres for me I am going to try out soon. Maybe that will beef things up :)

Great work on the clickfix integration. What fork are you using there?
This bike is so rad, but the aesthetics of the rack doesnt do the rest of the bike justice imo. Looks too gappy/ airy, like it needs more rubber to fill it out. Im sure its hella functional, but id go for something smaller/ more elegant. How is the fishing bag fully filled when it comes to handling? it looks focking massive.
