@Poetic that is what I was thinking too, I'm just going to tell him to wait until next wednesday or so and if it hasnt turned up by then, he can get his refund.
@haveo The only problem is that if "the buyer is not satisfied with the outcome by 12 Aug" he can escalate the case so i won't be able to wait for that long. But i'll ask him to wait for atleast another week or so until i can sort it out with royal mail before he opens/escalates his case. This is assuming that hes a somewhat reasonable person though.
