32 miles of rolling Kentish road with 2 testing hills. Star Hill at the start to warm us all up (regroup outside the secret weapons facility and try not to look suspicious) then the one in the middle whose name I can never remember.

Train from Victoria 19:22 arrives Otford 19:58 (Blackfriars and Charing Cross options are available)

Return trains 22:30 23:30 to Victoria or 22:37 to Blackfriars

I managed to channel my inner TCR on the ride home by going the wrong way, trying to cut through a closed Wildlife Farm, ending up on the dual carriageway - then riding into work after 3 hours sleep.

I think I'll live-tweet my commute home with £30 worth of McDonalds balanced on my handlebars to complete the experience..

Crappy train service very quickly forgotten about out in that countryside. Some of the nicer conditions I could ever wish for.
