Hi all,

I have lovely small Motobecane Step Through bike for sale.

It is in very good mechanical condition and just need a bit of elbow grease before becoming wonderful daily runner.

Built in 1979 from 2040 steel (equivalent to Reynolds 501), 700c steel clincher wheels, Huret 2x5 gearsets, mudguards, dynamo (needs attention), swept back bars, rear rack. The cosmetic condition is very good and it has seen very little miles.

The tyres are cracked so although rideable, it is advised to replace them. I have brand new tyres that I can include for an extra £10.

The first one is a 1979 'aqua' green one is 50cm seat tube (centre to top) with a projected

54cm top tube. Quite hard to come by in this size & condition. 

I am in Stoke Newington so feel free to pop in to see it and ride it home!

Price wise, I am after £110 with new tyres (Vittoria Pro Slick 700x25mm). **SOLD SOLD SOLD **

What height rider is this suitable for?

@Figgy I would say 5ft3-5ft6.

It'll definitely be too small if you are 5ft7.

You can come and try it if you are unsure.
