Actually, re read your posts, I think i don't understand what you need, my English is tired at the moment...
Don't you current forks have all the needed mounts (mudguards, low rider, etc.. ).http://www.genesisbikes.co.uk/img/bikes/xl/day-one-di2.jpg
If you need a small front rack with no low rider, bodge a Vavert front rack like I did. Very cheap, light enough. Good size for a small bag.

depends on how much I spend on the frame and what colour I could get it in.
Just pinged them an email to find out if the fork will actually take a front rack and mudguards. As, as @andy_k pointed out those mid fork mounts could just be for the mudguard.
In terms of the agricultural nature of the canti mounted option, I'll take that over not having the front rack, otherwise I've got to go steel forks and then the weight drives back up again...
