Bike shops are good, avoid tkmaxx bikes.

Starting with the basics, good cycle chain-stores often stock track bikes and frames, Evans are worth a try. I bought my road and track bikes from Evans - they were fine, love the bikes and I got my track bike for a good price.

There's a webshop by a company called 'Dolan' who might sell Dolan bikes.

Wait I just realised they also sell road bikes. I guess you won't want to use them.
