Been doing a bit of searching, have emailed Whisky and Wound Up, to see if they can cannabalise some of their existing forks and merge them to make a super fork for me.
PX fork - need to check are they actually rack mounts or just mid-fork eyelets to mount mudguards?
If you want to go light, why are you putting a rack on the bike? Soft luggage not a better option? How much do you intend to carry/is on-the-go access required etc.

planet x, ugly colours, looks like it has a mount for a front rack of some kind, but no eyelets for a mudguard, but I could get round that, plus it's cheap

or there's this from Aprebic, who I've never heard of, but seems to fit the bill, canti mounts, mudguard eyelets and disc mounts, have no idea about price or quality...
