I'm guessing main problem would be the fact that drop bars are designed to let your hands into the drops. Maybe look for children/women specific versions designed for people with smaller hands?

If the drops flare like fuck. You can get Your hands in OK despite a tiny drop. Means you get leverage when in the drops, and a narrower grip when on the the Hoods.

You can get Portuer style bars With a rise straight up from the bend. Just reverse them.
