Finally get to join the awesome group of Serotta bikes! Been after a Serotta for a year + and was hoping to get a rad CX or Road but that never happened as they all mostly in America, postal fees and customs is a pain!
But guess my luck changed and I managed to scoop up the Serotta track that was on sale on the forum. My size, colorado C3 oversized tubing and threadless fork! Perfect!
Thinking of the build and what comes to mind atm is:
-Black Chris king headset (on atm)
-Have this lovely NOS Tune stem +-10 that I would like to use 25.4mm clamp so Easton monkey bars to go with it.
-Silver LF Phil woods to black TB14's
(@Dammit offered me some lovey Nemesis to DA 7710's which would be awesome thx) but think I will prefer clinchers.
-Looking to get some Silver Sugino 75 DD with the Zen like so.
-Have a lovely curved Titanium seatpost that i got from @Dammit
-Transalp Flite saddle to finnish this off.
Hoping that the mix of silver and black will go nicely with the dark blue. Time will tell.
Thinking of grips but have no idea part from the obvious black or yellow, also been looking at compact drops but struggling to find some nice one's with a 25.4mm clamp. Anybody know of any?
That's about it for know can't wait to get it on the road!
