Yes, although they don't seem to brake as well as rims from better known brands for whatever reason (Niobium in the alu alloy?). The alloy's quite a lot more resilient than HPS rims in terms of braking wear, though, which is a bonus.
I've built with XR-300, XC-279 and a few XR-19W without a problem. Bit of a price gulf between most Kinlin and Pacenti, though. I'd hold out for a warranty replacement.
Are Kinlins good then? My LBS is proposing replacing my under-warranty cracked pacenti with one.
