Where in London does one go to satisfy Chinese food cravings?

Loving Hut in Archway (but you probably know it and it's obviously not straight-up Chinese).

The restaurant in Egerton Mews in Knightsbridge used to be 100% vegan Chinese until about 15 years ago. They then changed into an omnivorous other Asian (I can't remember which Asian cuisine exactly) place, but you could still order from the old vegan menu. As I haven't been for ages, I don't know if they've kept this up, but if they have it might be London's best-kept vegan secret by now (oops).

I can't remember which one it was, but it might have been at number 8 (in the basement) and may now be called Yaowarat Thai Restaurant. It might be worth giving them a call, but rather than being a well-kept secret, this info might also be well out of date by now. :)

Any recommendations for a takeaway curry place in south east London?

After having a (lovely as always) discussion with Mr Schick at Norths last night the conclusion was reached that I should propose a forum vegan meet up at Club Mexicana.
So heres what I am proposing: we meet up at Club Mexicana!

For those of you not familiar, Club Mexicana is a fully vegan Mexican food pop up. They do delicious things like pulled jackfruit burritos and "fish" tacos. They are located at a "street food" market in Canada Water every Friday from 5pm and Saturday from noon onwards. For those of you of the beer drinking persuasion I believe there are many craft beers available from other stalls (cant confirm if they are Vegan but some of them are bound to be).

Oh, I've only just remembered that some of us (including @nickvonfiction ) went to (a) Club Mexicana when it was at the Convenience in Lower Clapton. I think it must be the same people. That was totally lovely.

Must try and make the next meet up, I've been slacking lately!!!
