• Have you done an ftp (20 min Ted / 10 mile TT)?

    That will help you set your ftp. Which will sort your if and stress.

    Then, I'm guessing you might want to use golden cheetah or training peaks.

    But. I guess. What do you want from having a power meter?

  • After the prudential, the goal is not just be faster and stronger in longer distance, but consistently as I absolutely blew up 50miles in. But as I want to head back to track, definitely stronger and with consistent watts.
