I bought a Cinelli Pinocchio stem because it was £10 in the planet x sale, I've just tried to install it and seem to have stripped the hex bolt on the top cover. I managed to get the stem off, took it apart and am slightly confused how it's supposed to work, the whole top bit seems to move independently to the bolt, so twisting the top red cap doesn't tighten the stem, yet I can't seem to get it off to get to the top of the bolt. Am I supposed to be able to unscrew the red top cap from the black bit that goes into the top of the stem?
