Have we had this yet?

So this was my data from this weekend's ride 100. I know half of the data, but what are the data stats I should be concentrating on?

I'd concentrate on the minimum elevation - stripping and re-greasing all the bearings will be required after being that far under water :-)

You need to do an FTP test and input your FTP to get sensible numbers from IF, TSS.

Can I take a different answer, that maybe doesn't cost me a new powerrtap?

Failing in both ends! No way near 4 figures!

L/R balance should be 73/22/5 - buy asymmetric wheels to compensate until you can make your left leg do more of the work.

Once I master swimming, triathlon will be on my card!

Thanks! :)

Should I be using a different tool to analysis the data aside from garmin connect?

Yes.

Give Saris a call, they (were, two years ago) a massive pain in the arse to get to answer the phone, but when you get the (seemingly single individual who handles all PowerTap stuff) on the blower he's very clued up.
My understanding is that if the hub doesn't return a calibration value that is a) between 500-525, and b) stable, then it's hosed and requires RTB'ing, although if it's a new one then they may be able to stick a fresh torque tube in it - mine was an SL+, and they didn't have spare parts for them anymore, so I "won" an upgrade to the G3.

Means you went faster than I did whilst outputting less power, i.e. you cheated.

Have you done an ftp (20 min Ted / 10 mile TT)?
That will help you set your ftp. Which will sort your if and stress.
Then, I'm guessing you might want to use golden cheetah or training peaks.
But. I guess. What do you want from having a power meter?

Must have been the aero helmet. You get better/more interactive data from the web-UI:

After the prudential, the goal is not just be faster and stronger in longer distance, but consistently as I absolutely blew up 50miles in. But as I want to head back to track, definitely stronger and with consistent watts.

In all seriousness, I do weigh 71kg (give or take a few pork buns) but the timing chip shows clearly whew it all went wrong for me...

I need to improve on my average resting heart rate! If this continues I might need to take up a different sport/hobby!

Audax, good starter: http://www.marcusjb.com/cogidubnus-200#cheesy-peas
Also pacing and nutrition obv.But as I want to head back to track, definitely stronger and with consistent watts.

Dibs P2M for half the price ;)
Powermeter is mainly for racing. Otherwise its just another metric.

You need to figure out your ftp and then put that into your profile, I find the 20min method the easiest, theres a sufferfest video specifically for that you might find useful, I think its called the rubber glove.
Then after that I would just accumulate data for a while. And while you do that read the internets to understand what all the bloody numbers mean. You'll figure it out bit by bit, and you'll also figure out what you can do and can't do power-wise.
In terms of software, trainingpeaks is popular, but personally I like GoldenCheetah better which whilst initially is very intimidating, is a very good program with a lot of capabilities.

MORE POWER!
Depends on the age of the hub and what's wrong with it- one of mine went wrong and could not be fixed so they swapped in a G3, around £300 from memory.
