As this has been cut-off, I think the price is a bit too high, as it devalues the seatpost a lot to be honest. I have seen one in full length and very good condition selling on e*bay for 35 GBP two days ago: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282110666626
Would you go down to $ 40 shipped for the cut-off one? Note that EU buyers will have to pay additional import tax as well.
