'On the right',,, same prat did it to me coming into a fast roundabout as though he owned the road , I just held my line and said that as Im in front it his problem not mine,,, you wouldnt get a racing car move out the way, tosser

He was just letting you know that he was there. Good communication. He probably does actual races, in which riders are constantly alerting each other to their relative position on the road/track
