  • Anyone know of a good but small mincer, was flicking through the byron cookbook and thought about making my own burgers, seems you need to mince the near yourself for best results. So anyone seen one which isn't part of a mixer, preferably not hand powered...

  • You can mince meat with a knife, I'm not sure getting a mincer would be a great investment.

    I know you can get an attachment for a kitchen aid, so maybe if you had something similar there might be an attachment you could buy?

  • This - electric mincers I've used are either big and clunky or small and useless. Wouldn't go down the attachment route. Hand powered are messy and fiddly. Knife gets good results for small batches. Butcher gets better if asked nicely.
