Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Would you help me with identifying this frame? Cannondale, Tifosi, Raleigh have all been suggested as possibilities... Thank you

What might not come through the pics:

• the seatstays are not round but rather flat(ish)
  -the headtube is slightly hourglass shaped
  -the downtube is really massive and round
  -welds are smooth except at the BB junction
  -27.2 seatpost
  
• full Shimano Tiagra 3x9 Flightdeck (which apparently disaperaed from froduction in 2014)
  
• there is a 67 stamped on the inside of the LEFT (non drive side) dropout
