Wanted. 52cm road bike frame or complete bike

Looking for a 52cm bike for my daughter who is growing exponentially.
I have a spare Shimano 105 10 speed group set and wheels for the right frame but would be happy with complete bike.
In an ideal world sizing would be
70 stem
36 centre centre bars
Able to get a 680 saddle height
But I can work round that with spare parts.

Top tube shouldn't be more 54cm
head tube shouldn't be more 15cm.

Any ideas?

What kind and material of the frame?

Vanni Pettinella....Columbus SL....52.5 cm square.....can do mainly Shimano 105 with down tube shifters (7 speed) or Campag 8 speed with either ergo or downtime shifters....wheels have sprint rims and nice tubs....Shimano price £350 and Campag £400 including postage or delivery....frame includes Shimano 600 Ex headset and matching wrenches....seat post is 27.2mm....will include a Ti rallied saddle but no pedals....frame is red and white....chrome forks...no dents or dings...no rust but paint is chipped...,pics on request.

Stem is Nitto 9cm and has compact bars....42cm

Vanni Pettinella won the Olympic individual pursuit gold medal in Tokio in 1964....he won silver as a pro at the Worlds' and when he retired he built frames in his own name and Colnago...he died in 2011.
