This is my new favorite thread, thanks @giofox88, @Olly398 and @greenhell for all the pictures and the recipes, I'll try some soon.
I'll post some of my recipes too.I found a lot of BBQ ribs recipes, do some of you use Plancha sometimes ?
About Cerebos, they use an old french proverb "to catch a bird, put salt on it's tail".
An about the "fleur de sel" there's something special other than it's price. It's not salty until in the mouth, so it's waste to cook with. It must be only put in the plate.

this was the only brand of salt you could get in the colonies for as long as i can remember... yup that logo is a kid pouring what is presumably salt on a terrified chicken.
