So 76kg/2 is 38kg ∴ I should be pumping to 45 or 50psi right?
I'm about 70kg and run my 32s at about 60/40. But it varies.
You should also weigh the bike and stuff you'll carry. Then find out the front rear ratio.
But as said before, pretty rough estimate and test ride should help you to find out easily enough.
