600 ponds is a lot! How about 10 ponds and a fish tank?

That stem!

Might help if you list the original parts that you have for the bike. If of same calibre as the badged Cinelli stem (love those) it will help the sale perhaps more than the more modern Shimano components.
I'm not an expert, but this might give you an indication of how much the stem alone is worth

Ste_S is right, you would do better to split this. Most of us who would be interested in the frame would not want the "modern" components. Or post pics of the original components and provide a price for those plus frame.

Thanks everyone. I might strip it down and keep the shimano stuff, could stick on another tourer!

Interested in the frame and forks if you're splitting

That is pretty
I have a Flying Scot that I have had since I was a kid and recently restored. I'm not riding it and would like someone else to enjoy it as it is a lovely thing to have. I am in Edinburgh but perhaps could arrange a courier . Below are some imsages of it. I think I would like over £600 ponds for it please. Please email any questions. I think it is a 22" frame. I have put modern shimano stuff on it but I still have all the original stuff if anyone want to restore it.
