  • This time last year I was commuting 30 miles a day, getting 50/60 or 70 milers in 3 times a week - either RP laps or out into Kent.
    I was 66kg and dancing up the hills.
    I rode the 100 in 5hrs dead.

    This year I am 78kg. Commuting 12 miles a day and haven't done a ride of over 20miles in months.
    My diet is shit.
    I drink too much.
    I haven't had 8 hours sleep in one night since before xmas.

    Not hopeful.
