undibs - too big :(

it is a great frame indeed. loved it too bits and the front end is tight as. 25mm rake!
so regarding it; it's a '78, 531 throughout, roto bb shell, and the fork crown is very shexy double crown with the added sensible bonus of having been drilled (which might have been me...).
toightest frame i owned. much fun, many buy!

and regarding the scars; it was used on a kind of roller derby machine, so the marks on fork and tt are from the clamping mechanism.
the seat cluster was fubard when I got her. gizmo is a fitting seattube clamp. works a treat as aches says.would buy her back if i had the readies but alas i am just a poor boy from a poor family.
could i sneak in a cheeky "first dibs when you sell" to the next owner?!

bit sad with the seatclamp otherwise stunning and real bargain with the cranks!
i would if i could !!!! -
• #10
Sad, but it does give it plenty of character, its almost like the frame's got a stretcher ear ring.
-
• #11
I'd be interested in this but think the price is too high considering the damage. Any chance of negotiations?
-
• #12
Yeah i can negotiate, i will likely accept a lower offer if you can pay now.
I'm only selling it for what i paid originally
-
• #13
25 rake??? Wowsers. I thought 30 was toight.
Have a bump!

Gazelle, Champion Mondial track frame, can include the Campagnolo strada crankset and 52t supurbe ring.
£200 posted, f+f, headset, bb, seat clamp +£50 to include the crankset.
55cm tt 53cm st ctt
can be collected in Warwickshire
Previously owned by Rodolfo, he can probably give you more information on the frame than i can.
How it looks built, tyres are 25c
As you can tell from the pics it's not in great condition, but it still works just fine.
The only way to clamp the seat post is with the lil' Gizmo that Rodolfo put on there, which does work fine, it hasn't slipped once since i used it, but i wouldn't mess with it to much in case it fails.
Any questions feel free to ask.
