Hate to say it, but your setup looks a little......anti
I'd much prefer different saddles, and I appreciate the clips/clipless mix though it looks inconsistent. I think it's that stem at the front that gets me, and the weird stoker bar setup. But overall, the colour looks great and you did an amazing job converting it from a rough and typical tandem into a go-faster tandem.
Also, if it's too tall for your stoker, use a saddle with a much lower profile, as brooks style saddles are very tall - road/race saddles that are a bit more aero are flatter, and there are comfortable options there too. If it's too long, consider flipping the bars so it's more like a porteur for the stoker (or lose the layback seatpost and use an inline). If it's the standover height, get a new wife.
