Shimano XTR for less than £70 on Wiggle.
Or just get the cheapest Shimano one for £20, if you want to spend money, you're better off getting stiffer shoes.

I'm riding fixed so would definitely like pedals that I can backpedal and occasionally skid in without concern. I'd probably be looking for some mid-level pedals, so would want to spend around £60 by the look of it
