And a mirror
Tapemeasure can also workHaven't lost any weight the past 2 week, yet my clothes are looser and my muscles show a little better. So I know my fat percentage has gone down, as I haven't lost strength in the gym.
As for that bloody 3pack...that ain't going anywhere though :)
yeh, but what's better for an 'at home' option...?
