I've got one of these that I'm very happy with.

Echelon are a racing orientated bike shop in Pershore, Worcestershire. I believe the Parcours (which is the model illustrated) is a rebranded Dolan Preffisio (the present Preffision doesn't have the carbon seat stays).

To answer a question, both carbon forks and seat stays - Weighing currently 9.3kg on my scales, proper wheels would put it easily under 8.5kg

I think I've got one of these frames, got it branded as a 'TOMCAT' but have removed the stickers since. I like it as a frame, also mine's around the 9kg mark.
