Hi Brad, only just come back to this thread. I have one with number 2405 which my dad had built in July 1981 so yours is probably couple of years before that. 2405 was the last frame built by Peter Cobb as I remember my dad persuading him to build just one more for him! Yours is almost certainly also a Peter Cobb frame. Hope that helps
